Glassdoor recognizes Delta on 'Best Places to Work' list for sixth year
For the sixth year, Glassdoor has recognized Delta as one of its Best Places to Work, the highest-ranking U.S. airline on the list. Delta ranks No. 18 on the 2022 list of 100 large companies, a list solely based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback on their daily jobs, benefits, interview experience and work environment.
“As Delta welcomes customers back to travel, our people are the reason we continue to connect the world,” said Stephanie Asbury, S.V.P. - Global Talent. “Being recognized on this list is an honor and a testament to our Delta people and how we will continue to build a strong company culture with our people at the center.”
The past two years have delivered no shortage of challenges. The transparent and honest feedback provided by Delta people helped steer company decisions in the direction of what they needed and how Delta could provide support. Through weekly town hall meetings, consistent communication and improved wellbeing offerings – the Delta people will continue to keep climbing together.
During the year-long eligibility period, employers considered for the U.S. large companies list must have received at least 75 ratings for each of the nine workplace attributes – overall company rating; career opportunities; diversity and inclusion; compensation and benefits; culture and values; senior management; work-life balance; recommend to a friend; and six-month business outlook. The final list is compiled using Glassdoor’s proprietary awards algorithm, led by its Economic Research Team, and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of reviews.
