Justin: I don’t know what I’m going to get with a union
Justin is an ATL-based aircraft lead agent and does not want a union to change some of the things that define Delta’s culture.
That includes relationship between employees and their leaders:
“[Delta leaders] have always shown us that they value their employees. The concern with a union to me is the uncertainty that they bring. I don’t know what I am going to get. But here, in my 28 years of experience, I have always had that. I’ve always had that trust [in leaders]. They always have an open-door policy. I love having that opportunity, going to our leaders, and expressing what we got going on.”
