Delta Delivers an Industry-Leading Pay Raise for 2023
On February 7, 2023, we announced a 5% pay increase for Delta flight attendants, effective April 1, 2023. In response, AFA said, “We should know when—and how much—our next raise will be. Unionized Flight Attendants at other carriers have received contractual raises this year, including our flying partners at Delta's wholly owned Endeavor, who have a union contract.”
These are other AFA members who know “when and how much” their next increase will be.
Airlines' Next Known Pay Increases:
- Endeavor: 1.5% in 2023-2026 (each year on 4/1), 2% in 2027
- Envoy: 2% in 2023, 2.3% in 2024, 3.5% in 2025
- Frontier: 2% in 2023
- Hawaiian: 2% in 2023-2024
- Piedmont: 2% in 2023, 2.3% in 2024, 3.5% in 2025
- Silver: 4.4% in 2024, 4.9% in 2025 3% in 2026
