Rob: Delta makes sure we are taken care of
Rob, a Salt Lake City-based flight attendant, says the pandemic was a time of uncertainty for recent hires, but Delta kept him informed every step of the way until he could officially begin flying. And that direct line of communication goes both ways: when it comes to being heard, Rob says Delta is an industry-leader.
“We don’t need an external voice to come in and say, ‘this is what they need’ because we already have that internally and already here for us…I’m grateful for what [Delta] has done to make sure that we’re taken care of, but also, they’re open to hearing how we can improve and be better and be that beacon for the rest of the airline industry to look at.”
