AFA Negotiations: What it takes to reach a final contract
While AFA has claimed Delta negotiations could take as little as weeks or months, much smaller work groups have taken a lot longer – and crafting a contract for over 24,000 Delta flight attendants would not be as quick or easy as AFA says. Negotiations are lengthy and complex, and there’s no saying how long it will take to reach a first contract at Delta.
