IAM’s Track Record
IAM is back trying to collect A-Cards at Delta despite being rejected by employees multiple times. It’s important to consider IAM's track record, including its previous campaigns at Delta, and think about if that's who you want speaking for you.
IAM contacted employees and family members – even minor children and parents – using unsolicited texts and home visits, sometimes repeatedly.
IAM made false or misleading promises to employees in order to get them to sign an A-Card – like that it’s simply a request for more information.
In 2015, IAM filed for an election at Delta where fraudulent A-Cards were later found by the NMB. IAM ultimately withdrew its election application.
From 2013-2022, 20 IAM officials from lodges around the country have been convicted of embezzling approximately $1.7 million in member dues, landing them in prison or probation.
