Delta flight attendants have repeatedly rejected the AFA
When AFA attempted to unionize Delta flight attendants three times over the past two decades, your peers spoke up each time to maintain our direct relationship.
The ability to work together to quickly resolve issues and consider your individual voice and circumstances is a core element of the Delta culture. Working with your leaders and peers, you continue to help bring about some of our most important and industry leading improvements like boarding premium pay. When you compare that to AFA’s track record of overpromising and underdelivering, you’ll see that our culture of collaboration is unique and worth preserving.
Delta flight attendants said ‘no thank you’ to AFA in three prior elections (2002, 2008, and 2010), and the union is four years into its current A-card collection effort and has continued to fail to garner enough interest from Delta flight attendants to file for an election. IAM’s 2015 attempt ended unsuccessfully when it was uncovered that the union submitted fraudulent A-Cards.
Flight attendants' voices are stronger at Delta than anywhere in our industry because of our direct relationship. Time and again, Delta flight attendants have chosen a history of proven change and improvements over false promises from AFA and others.
Don’t Risk It. Don’t Sign It.
