Get the facts on AFA union dues
While every Delta employee has the right to choose or reject a union, it is important you understand the real costs of union dues.
AFA-represented flight attendants pay $600/year in mandatory dues. For entry-level flight attendants, that is roughly 2% of your earnings.
Everyone pays the same amount, from entry-level all the way up to senior flight attendants. Dues can increase and there is no maximum.
In every union contract there is a clause requiring you to pay your dues. If you don’t pay your dues, AFA can require that Delta fires you.
Make sure you know the real costs of joining a union. Don’t Risk It. Don’t Sign It.
