Reality: This is false. AFA has not negotiated annual pay increases for flight attendants in all of its contracts.
GoJet’s first contract, negotiated by AFA in 2020, proves otherwise. After more than 3.5 years of negotiations for 366 GoJet flight attendants, AFA did not negotiate annual pay increases over the life of the five-year contract.
